1. About Us Terra Forbidden is operated by Aurelian Terra Syndicate LLC, 30 N Gould Street, 82801 Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Contact: contact@terraforbidden.com

2. Scope These Terms apply to all purchases made through terra-forbidden.myshopify.com, regardless of the customer's location.

3. Digital Products All products sold are digital. Upon completed payment, you will receive access to or a download link for your purchased content. There are no physical shipments.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU/German Customers) By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of digital content begins immediately and that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.

5. Prices and Payment All prices are shown in EUR (or your local currency). Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property All digital content sold through Terra Forbidden remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelian Terra Syndicate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased digital products.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.

9. Dispute Resolution The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings, but are willing to do so.
