Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and expressly agree that the delivery of digital content begins immediately upon purchase and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code).

No Refunds Once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. This applies to all downloadable files, licenses, and digital content sold through Terra Forbidden.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

Faulty or Misdescribed Products If a product is materially different from its description, you may be entitled to a remedy. Please contact us at the email address listed in our Legal Notice (Impressum).
